1 c canned pumpkin puree
½ c oil
1 c sugar
¼ c brown sugar
2 eggs
1½ c all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Filling:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
⅓ c sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven 325º grease a 9X5 loaf pan.
1.Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, beat together oil, sugar, eggs and pumpkin puree until well combined.
4. Slowly add in the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture a little at a time.
Cream cheese filling:
5. Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg and the vanilla and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
6. Pour 1½ cups of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
7. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the top of this layer and spread evenly, then top with the remaining batter.
8. Bake for 50 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
* After 35 minutes of cooking, “tent” a piece of foil over the top of the pan, securing the foil to the edge of the pan, but allow room for rise. Remove foil for last 5 min for crusty top.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing to wire rack. Cool completely before slicing.
