½ c margarine
½ c oil
1¾ c sugar
2 eggs
2 c zucchini - grated
½ c buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
2½ c flour
¼ c cocoa + 1 tbsp
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
¾ c chocolate chips or walnuts to garnish

Preheat 350º
1. Cream margarine sugar and oil.
2. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well
3. Grate drain and blot zucchini, then add to eggs.
4. In bowl sift all dry ingredients.
5. Add to egg mixture dry ingredients alternatively with the the buttermilk.
Bake in ungreased 9x13 pan for 45 min
