To begin, prepare 1 pound of ground beef with taco seasoning, following package instructions.

Prepare all of your toppings (tomato, avocado, lettuce, etc.) ahead of time.

Place all of the crescent roll triangles in a pie dish with the tips in the center and short edges on the outer edges of the dish. Use your fingers to press down and mold the triangles together into a single pie crust.

Place 1 ½ cups of the Fritos corn chips on top of the crust.

Layer the seasoned ground beef on top of the Fritos corn chips. Spread a layer of sour cream on top with a spoon and top off with olives, optional. Top with 1 or 2 cups of shredded cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Wait for it to cool for 10 minutes before cutting, top with remaining Frito corn chips and fresh veggie toppings. Serve and enjoy.
