4 lb beef chuck roast
½ c butter
5-10 pepperoncini peppers
1/4 c vinegar from perpperoncini
1 pkg ranch dressing
1 pkg au jus mix

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place roast into slow cooker, place butter on top and all remaining ingredients around.
2. Cook on low 8 hours.
3. Shred beef with fork and return to broth, mix and serve.
