1 c margarine, softened
½ c icing sugar
1¾ c flour
¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

Topping:
4 eggs
1¾ c sugar
⅓ c flour
⅓ c fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp grated lemon peel
Icing' sugar to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F spray non stick spray on 13x9 baking pan
1. In large bowl, with electric mixer, beat margarine and 1/2 cup granulated sugar until fluffy.
4. Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
5. Blend with margarine until fine crumbs form, then press into prepared pan.
6. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes or until set then cool.
7. Combine eggs, remaining sugar, remaining 1/3 cup flour, lemon juice and lemon peel and beat for 4 minutes. Pour over hot baked crust.
8. Bake an additional 25 minutes or until lemon mixture is just set. Cool completely on wire rack, then chill.
9. Spray knife with nonstick cooking spray and cut into triangles.
Garnish with icing sugar.
