4 boneless pork loin chops (1-inch thick and 6 ounces each)
1 tablespoon canola oil
4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
½ cup chicken broth
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
1 tablespoon lemon juice
fresh herbs, as desired

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook pork chops 8-10 minutes in oil over medium heat on each side, or until a thermometer reads 160º. Remove and keep warm.

Add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, broth, vinaigrette, and lemon juice to skillet. Stir and cook until well blended.

Return pork chops to pan and heat fully through. Sprinkle with desired herbs.
