3.5 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
3 tbsp. oleo
1 can evaporated milk
1 gallon milk
4 tbsp. vanilla
4 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Chop pecans and brown in oleo. Beat eggs, then cook with sugar and part of milk. Add vanilla, canned milk and cooked mixture to ice cream mixer. Add milk to fill line in freezer container.

This is for a 5 quart ice cream maker.
