12 oz cream cheese
2/3 cup sour cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Beat the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl until "fluffy". This is much easier using a mix-master machine. Next, beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla until the mixture is a consistent and smooth texture.

Pour the mixture into the pie crust and refriderate for at least one hour.
