2c flour
1c sugar
¾ tsp baking soda
¾ tsp salt
½ cinnamon
½ c chopped pecans
2 eggs
½ c veg oil
1 tsp vanilla
½ c crushed pineapple (not drained)
2 medium bananas mashed

Cream Cheese Frosting:
½ cup unsalted butter softened
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
4 cups powdered sugar*

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 350º F, butter and flour two 9X5 loaf pans
1. In large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and chopped pecans.
2. In another bowl, combine eggs, oil, vanilla pineapple and banana, mix well.
3. Pour wet over dry and mix until just combined.
4. Split batter between loaves (halfway up).
5. Bake 25-45 min until toothpick comes out clean.
6. Cool completely before removing.
Frosting:
7. Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth.
8. Add vanilla extract and salt and stir well to combine. Gradually add powdered sugar until completely combined.
9. Frost loaves.
