16 oz Medium Shell Pasta or any pasta
2 Qts Water
24 Large Pre-Cooked Deveined Shrimp
(2) 12 oz Fresh Crab meat
8 oz Real or Imitation Crab or Lobster Meat
Can of Tuna (optional)
1/2 Cup Red Onions, finely chopped
1/2 Cup Celery, finely chopped
1 to 1-1/2 Cups Hellman’s Mayo
1/2 Cup of Red Pepper
1/2 Cup of Green Peppers
1/4 Cup Miracle Whip
1/4 Cup Sweet Relish
1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
1-1/2 Tbs Sugar
1 Tbs Old Bay Seasoning
1tsp Cajun Seasoning
1/2 Tbs Salt
2 Tsps Parsley Flakes
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

1. Fill a large pot with 2 qts water and place over high heat.

2. After 10 minutes, or once the water comes to a boil, add pasta to a large pot and boil for 10 minutes, then drain immediately and set aside to chill.

3. Meanwhile, drain as much water from the can of crab meat, tuna, remove tails from shrimp, then chop shrimp and lobster meat into desired shapes/sizes.

4. Chop your onion, peppers and celery into small pieces.

5. Get a large mixing bowl. Add mayo and miracle whip, crab, seasonings, relish, mustard, then whisk in well.

6. Then add the seafood and chopped vegetables and fold in well until well blended.

7. Add shell pasta and fold in well.

8. For decoration purposes, garnish with paprika, then cover with plastic wrap and sit in the refrigerator until chilled.
