1 readymade graham cracker pie crust
2 (14 ounce) cans of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1/3 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons lime zest

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Whisk sweetened condensed milk, sour cream and lime juice in a large bowl until blended. Stir in lime zest. Pour filling into pie crust. Bake 7-10 minutes, or until tiny bubbles begin to form on surface of the pie. Remove from oven and cool completely before cutting.
When ready to eat, add ready whip around edge of pie to complete

There is nothing better in the summertime than a cool, refreshing key lime pie! This recipe has been simplified to include a readymade graham cracker pie crust, but DO NOT try to substitute for freshly squeezed lime juice!
