24 hot dried red chile pods
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste
2 cups chicken stock
2 tsp chicken tomato bullion

Directions:

1. Break tops off chilies and shake out seeds.
2. Boil until soft (5-10 minutes)
3. Drain water
4. Place pods and all other ingredients in a blender (you can use an immersion blender if you have one) or in a food processor.
5. Blend until smooth
6. Pour through strainer to remove seeds and skins that may be left.
7. Add salt and pepper
8. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. May be frozen for later use,
