½ cup all purpose flour
⅓ cup cocoa
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. baking powder
½ cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. Add oil, eggs, vanilla and mix by hand thoroughly. Pour into a greased 8 X 8 inch pan and bake at 350º oven for 20 minutes.

You can put the dry ingredients into a pint mason jar decorated for Christmas as a gift. List the liquid ingredients and baking instructions on a label on the jar.

Sometimes if I'm making these brownies, I'll just make up several jars to have in the pantry. They make better brownies that bought mixes do. They are a fast dessert.
