3 eggs
1 cup sugar
¼ cup flour
¼ cup melted butter
1 T. lemon juice
2 cups buttermilk
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly. Mix sugar and flour together and add to beaten eggs. Stir until thoroughly blended. Add melted butter, lemon juice, and buttermilk. Mix thoroughly. Pour into unbaked pie shell and cook at 450º for 10 minutes; then reduce the heat to 350º and bake another 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Refrigerate if not served at once.
