1 3 oz. package cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 T. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and butter and blend. Stir in flour and mix well. Chill 1 hour or longer. Shape into 24 balls. Press into greased mini muffin tins and shape to look like piecrust 1/2 inch high. Beat eggs slightly; add brown sugar and melted butter; mix well. Add other ingredients and blend. Put a tablespoon of egg filling into each crust, making sure that nuts are somewhat equally divided. Bake at 325º for 20-20 minutes.
