1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
3 T. oil
1 egg
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in combined dry ingredients. Add vanilla and nuts. Spoon mixture into a greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Do not overbake. Cut into squares while warm.
