Personal Notes:
This is a recipe given to me by my neighbor, Vivian Richardson. It is NOT low calorie, but it is delicious. The mixture should make enough to fill a small ice cream churn. If using a countertop electric ice cream maker, you will probably need only half the ingredients. Be sure to chill the mixture thoroughly before freezing. Vivian recommends letting it sit for an hour or two to "ripen." That is hard to do.
