1 cup sugar
2 T. strawberry JelloŠ
2 T. lemon juice
1 cup water
3 T. cornstarch
2 drops of red food coloring
Baked, cooled pie shell
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix JelloŠ and sugar together; add 3/4 cup water and lemon juice; bring to a boil. Mix remaining 1/4 cup water with the cornstarch and add to the boiling mixture. Cook until very thick. Add food coloring and cool the mixture. Step, wash, and slice the strawberries and add to the cooled JelloŠ mixture. Pour into the cooled, baked pie shell and refrigerate for an hour. Top with whipped cream.
