½ c lemon juice
1 can eagle brand milk
3 eggs separated
⅓ c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook prepared pie crust as per directions. Let cool.
2. Add lemon juice to egg yolks, which lightly, add condensed milk and chill.
3. In mixer, whip whites with sugar until peaks and glossy.
4. Add lemon filling into crust, cover with egg whites to top and put under broiler until peaks are browned * caution to not let burn*.
