1 large avocado
equal amount of sour cream
1 tsp. curry powder
2 oz. lemon juice
1 large garlic clove, smushed
few dashes Worcestershire sauce
few dashes Tabasco
salt

Mix all together and serve over a bowl of shredded lettuce mixed with the best
quality tomatoes you can find. The dressing is also wonderful used as a spread
on tortillas with fresh grilled fajitas.

The King's Inn on the Texas coast has been a favorite dinner destination for
many years. So many fun times, grabbing a drink and friends,heading for the
hour or so to get to the Inn. The drive home, after eating all the good seafood
and salads, was not nearly so fun! Still and all, well worth the effort.
