2-3 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or any equivalent)
16.25 oz (1 jar) Mezetta Parmagiana/Reggiano Marinara sauce
16 oz. Baby Bella mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup Leeks, chopped
1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted, halved
4 T EVOO
1/2 cup chicken broth
16 oz spaghetti noodles (or any equivalent)

Cut the boneless/skinless chicken breasts into 3 strips each. Place in a skilled with 2 T EVOO and 1/2 of the chopped leeks. Cook through.

After starting the chicken, place the mushrooms, 2 T EVOO, and 1/2 cup chicken broth in a chicken fryer over medium heat. Add remaining chopped leeks, cover.

Start the pasta water to boil and cook per directions.

Once the mushroom are almost finished, drain off excess liquid and add kalamata olives to heat for a few minutes, then add marinara sauce. Bring to temp and ready to serve.

When the pasta is finished everything is ready. You can combine or serve separately.
