Stick of butter
Packet of Hidden Valley Ranch (HVR) Ranch Dressing
Peppercinis
Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in a crockpot.
Sprinkle HVR on the roast
Place the entire stick of butter on the roast
Place some peppercinis on top as well

Troy introduced us to this recipe in Destin, circa 2016. I (John) was doubtful this could produce "Italian" beef, but it is phenomenal.
