1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple
salt
1 egg
2 1/2 tablespoon tapioca
butter
2 pastry shells

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple, dash of salt, 1 egg and 2 1/2 tablespoon tapioca.

Pat with butter

Add to pastry shell. Add top pastry and use fork to vent top

Bake at 425 for 50 minutes.
