2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

(1) In a large bowl use a mixer to whip the cream until stiff peaks occur. Don't over whip. Cream should stand at attention when you pull the beaters out.

(2) In another large bowl, whisk the vanilla into the sweetened condensed milk.

(3) Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture with a spatula. Blend the two mixtures together so that it stays light and aerated.

(4) Transfer the mixture to an insulated tub or paper containers and freeze for 4-6 hours.

Note: For chocolate ice cream, add 1 cup of chocolate syrup to the condensed milk mixture before adding the whipped cream mixture.

For fruit or other ingredients, chop into small chunks and blend into the condensed milk mixture before adding the whipped cream mixture.

A serving of 1/10 of a recipe contains 293 calories and 23 g. of Carbohydrates
