1 angel food cake
2 cups boiling water
1 package (8-serving size) sugar-free or regular raspberry flavored gelatin
12 oz. bag frozen raspberries (or 2 packages 10oz. each sweetened raspberries thawed)
1 tablespoon sugar (omit if using the sweetened raspberries)
1-2 cups fresh raspberries)
3 containers (6 oz. each) fat free red raspberry yogurt

Tear cake into about 3/4 to 1 inch pieces. Put frozen unsweetened berries in a bowl and set on a counter to thaw slightly. Add the 1 tablespoon sugar to the berries and stir and crush the berries slightly while still slightly frozen. Once the sugar is dissolved with the berries it is ready to use)

Dissolve gelatin in the boiling water and then add the sweetened fruit. Refrigerate gelatin mixture about 15 minutes or until thickened but not set.

Layer 1/3 each of the cake pieces, gelatin mixture, fresh raspberries and yogurt in a 3 quart glass bowl. Repeat layers ending with some of the fresh berries on top.

Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

Serves 12-14.
