2 c flour
1½ c sugar
2 eggs
1½ cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1 can crushed pineapple

Topping
½ c margarine
1 c evaporated milk
¾ c sugar
1 c coconut
1 c halved pecans or slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
1. In a large bowl, stir flour, sugar, and baking soda.
2. Add pineapple and eggs and stir well to combine.
3. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Glaze:
4. Heat butter, sugar, and milk to a boil. Stir often.
5. Add vanilla, coconut, and pecans. Boil for about 2 to 3 more minutes.
6. Pour over warm cake. Allow cake to cool 1 hour before serving.
