1lb. pork sauage
3 large apples, peeled & chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup celery chopped
4 cups fresh bread, crumbled
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In Large sauce pan on med. cook sausage until browned, breaking pieces apart with fork. Then with slotted spoon, remove sausage to medium bowl and set aside.

Pour all but 1/4 cup drippings from saucepan and cook apples, onions, & celery in drippings till tender.
about 10 mins. stirring occassionally. Remove from heat add sausage and remaining ingredients. Mix well

put in baking dish and cover with foil.

Bake 350 45 mins. Add some Chicken broth if too dry.

Make enough stuffing for 7-9lb bird
