Soup:
1 lb hot Italian sausage meat
1 lb ground beef
2 c onions -chopped
4 cl garlic -minced
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
6 oz tomato paste
4 c diced tomatoes
8 c chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
6-8 oz mafalda pasta (little lasagna squares)

Cheese Yummy: Mix together
1 c ricotta cheese
½ c parmesan cheese -grated
½ c mozzarella -shredded

Directions:
Directions:
1. In Dutch oven at med high heat, add olive oil to brown sausage and ground beef.
Then drain excess fat.
2. Add onion, garlic and Italian seasonings and red pepper flakes, cook 3-4 minutes.
4. Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Increase heat to high.
5. Once simmering, reduce to medium-high and add the pasta.
6. Stir and simmer until noodles are soft, 8-10 minutes. Adding additional water if needed. Adjust salt and pepper.
8.Place a couple tablespoons Cheese Yummy at bottom of bowls and top with soup.
