1 1/2 cups Jasmine Rice
3 cups Water
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse rice and drain. Place rice, water, salt, and olive oil in a saucepan on high heat. Bring to a boil. Continue to boil on high heat for 5 - 10 minutes until most of the water has been absorbed. Give rice a light stir, cover, and continue to cook on low heat an additional 5 minutes, or until the remaining water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and serve.
