2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 onion, diced
1 cup yellow corn meal
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 (15 ounce) cans of cream corn, no salt added
2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce, no salt added
6 ounces grated cheddar cheese for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions and ground beef.
Put in a 9x13" roasting pan.
Combine corn meal and chili powder then mix into the beef really well.
Mix in cream corn then mix in tomato sauce.
Add cheese evenly to top of pan.
Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 375º over for 45 minutes.
