Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 oz breakfast sausage
¼ cup flour
3 cups whole milk
Salt & Pepper
8-10 frozen Grands biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Brown the sausage, breaking it up as it cooks.
When sausage is cooked through, sprinkle with flour and stir well to combine. Cook 1 minute. You need to cook the flour a bit but it shouldn't brown so keep an eye on it.
Add milk and salt and pepper to the skillet and cook, stirring often, for 6 minutes or until gravy has thickened slightly. The gravy should be thinner than a traditional breakfast gravy as it will thicken in the oven.
Place the frozen Grands biscuits evenly, with sides touching over the top of the gravy.
Return to the oven for 28-30 minutes or until biscuits are browned and cooked through.

I prefer to bake the Grands biscuits as directed on the package while the gravy is thickening on the stove. As soon as the biscuits come out of the oven split one open and scoop up some delicious sausage gravy.
