1 15 oz. jar Artichoke Hearts, drained and mashed or 1 bag Frozen Spinach, cooked and drained
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Mayonaise
1/8 tsp. Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and place in a greased shallow baking pan or glass pie plate. Place on center rack of oven and broil for 3 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Serve with pita chips or corn chips.
