Fry ground beef with all seasonings to taste and drain. Open crescent rolls onto a floured counter or mat. Crease the rolls so that you have a total of 4 pieces of dough formed into a rectangle/square. Fill half of each dough piece with the meat and fold over with unfilled dough half. Press edges together and place into an 8x8-inch pan that is sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake for 15 minutes.
White the stuffed rolls are baking, whisk together the soup and milk to create sauce.
When the rolls are finsihed with the 15 minutes, pour the cheese sauce over them. If desired, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over top. Bake another 15 minutes. |

Notes: If using a half pound of meat, use 2 tablespoons per roll. The yield is 4 stuffed items with is good for 2 to 3 servings. If using a full pound you can really fill the rolls or use 2 cans to create 8 stuffed rolls. The total yield for 2 cans will be 8 stuffed rolls which is good for 4 to 6 servings.
1 can of soup is good for 1 or 2 cans of rolls. If using 2 cans you will need a 9x13 pan. You could double the cheese sauce if desired.
