2 cups sour cream 1# tub
3/4 pound crisp, cooked bacon crumbled
1/4 cup minced red onion
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2-4 tablespoons horseradish to taste
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together in a large bowl the sour cream, bacon, onion, parsley and worcestershire sauce. Add the horseradish, starting with the smaller amount then adding more to taste. (I like 3 heaping tablespoons), Refrigerate covered at least 30 minutes before serving. Makes 3 cups
