2 eggs
Marinara sauce (measurements will vary according to taste)
Parmesan (grated)
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Put some butter in the bottom of a baking dish then add a bit of marinara sauce. Crack in the eggs then top with parm and seasonings to taste. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 350º for a firm yolk.
Simple and delicious!
