1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can condensed chicken broth
1 cup water
3 drops hot pepper sauce
2 1/2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables thawed
1 cup sour cream
1 (1 lb. 0.3 oz.) can of large grands biscuits. Pillsbury .
chopped fresh parsley
Paprika

In a large heavy skillet, cook and stir onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour and salt; blend until smooth. Add chicken broth, water and hot pepper sauce. Cook stirring constanly, until thickened. Stir in chicken, mixed vegetables and sour cream; simmer over low heat until well heated. Seperate the dough into 8 biscuiet; cut each biscuit in half. Place biscuit halves on top of hot mixture. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cover; simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are no longer doughy. Garnish with chopped parsley and paprika if desired.
