2 Tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 package frozen spinach, drained and chopped
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
˝ cup breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 Tbsp chopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Butter 1-quart ovenproof dish, and set aside.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, and sauté 3 – 4 minutes or until soft and translucent.

Combine onion, artichoke, and all the ingredients in a large bowl, add salt and pepper to taste and stir to combine thoroughly.

Transfer to prepared dish, and bake for 30 – 35 minutes until bubbling.
