1 Lb. Ground Turkey or Low-Fat Ground Beef
1 Small Onion, Chopped
1 1/2 Cup Chopped Bell Peppers (any color)
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Tomato Sauce
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 Quart Low-Sodium Beef Broth
1/2-3/4 Cup Brown Rice

1. Cook Meat in a large pot.
2 Add onions, peppers and seasoning. Cook for about 3-5 minutes.
3. Pour n beef stock, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and rice. Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 1 hour.

Soup can be made ahead of time and frozen. Reheat in microwave or on stovetop.
