6 tbsp butter or margarine
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
1 1/2 tsp Thyme leaves
1 tsp Garlic Powder
10 cups cooked and coarsely crumbled cornbread
1/2 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 can (14 oz) chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet melt butter. And onion,celery and bell pepper; saute for 5 minutes. Stir in Poultry seasoning, thyme and garlic powder.

Combine corn bread vegetable mixture and sausage. Add onions mixture and sausage. Add broth; gently toss. Spoon into a 13 x 9 baking dish, Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes. Serve with turkey gravy.
