4 chicken breasts flattened so they are even
1/2 cup of butter
garlic
flour
shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup white wine
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken breasts in flour then egg and coat well in parmeson. Cook in browned butter and try to turn breast only once. Do not cover because it will not be as crispy. Can add extra parm on chicken before turning. When cooked, remove from pan. Add a little more butter and garlic if needed, then add wine and cook off. Pour over the chicken when serving.
