4 boneless pork chops
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ c. heavy cream
½ c. flour
¼ c. lemon juice
¼ c. dry white wine
4 TBSP unsalted butter, divided
1 ½ tsp. lemon zest
1 tsp. creole seasoning
1 tsp. thyme
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
salt and ground black pepper to taste

In small bowl, whisk together flour, creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Dredge pork chops in dry mixture and gently press so it adheres. Heat 2 TBSP butter in skillet over medium-high heat. When skillet is hot, add pork chops and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove to plate and cover to keep chops warm.

In skillet and pour in wine, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium and stir --- make sure to scrape up browned bits from bottom of pan. Return pork chops to pan and reduce heat to low. Simmer 15-20 minutes, until chops are cooked through. Remove chops to plate and cover to keep warm.

In skillet add remaining butter. Whisk in heavy cream and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened. When desired thickness is achieved, drizzle over pork chops and serve hot.
