3 cans of regular biscuits (generic are fine)
8 eggs
splash of milk
1 tsp. ground mustard (or 1 TBSP prepared yellow mustard)
1 lb. ground sausage
6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain well.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the splash of milk, ground mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.

Slice the biscuits into quarters. In batches, dip the biscuits into the egg mixture and place ⅓ of them in a layer in a bundt pan. Top with ⅓ of sausage, then ⅓ of cheese. Add second and third layers of biscuits, sausage and cheese. Top with remaining egg mixture.

Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour.

Serve immediately!
