1 1/2 cups of self rising corn meal.
1 cup creamed corn.
1 cup buttermilk.
2 eggs.
2 jalapeno peppers, diced.
2/3 cup wesson oil.
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated.
1 small onion, diced.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour 1/2 batter into a hot grease pan or skillet. Sprinkle 1/2 the cheese over it. Pour rest of batter in and sprinkle with rest of cheese. Bake 45 minute to 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
