1 ½ c. flour
½ c. sugar
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. cocoa
½ tsp. baking soda
½ c. butter
¼ c. peanut butter

Filling:
¾ c. peanut butter
¾ c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugars, butter, and peanut butter until fluffy. Add vanilla and egg; beat well. Sift dry ingredients together and add.

Combine filling ingredients. Roll into 30 balls. With floured hands, shape dough around filling balls.

Place 2 inches apart on greased sheets. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.

Bake at 375º for 7-9 minutes.
