Ingredients:  
1 lb of crab meat and fat
3/4 loaf of stale French bread soaked and squeezed
3 large onions
1/3 cup of celery
1/3 cup of green pepper
1/3 cup of parsley
2 lbs of peeled shrimp chopped
2 bay leaves
2 eggs
1/2 tsp of liquid crab boil
3 toes of garlic chopped
1 stick of butter unsalted
1/3 cup of green onions
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute trinity and green onions in butter until caramelized

Add garlic, parsley, bay leaves, chopped shrimp, crab boil.

Add squeezed bread and stir

Turn off fire and then add eggs stirring fast

Add salt and pepper and stir some more

The dressing shld be juicy

Use this to stuff crab shells then bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden.
