2 c. dark brown sugar
¾ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
whipping cream

Directions:
Mix all ingredients except whipped cream and bake as a cake in large greased pan at 350º for 25 minutes. While cake cools, whip 1 pint whipping cream. Break cake in small pieces and fold into whipped cream. Freeze, then serve frozen.
