1. Maida 140 g
2. Cocoa powder 30g
3. Baking powder 1tsp
4. Baking soda ½ tsp
5. Yogurt Cup ¾
6. Castor sugar 150 g
7. Oil ½cup
8. Coffee powder mixed with 1tbsp hot water 3 tsp
9. Vanilla 1 tsp
10. Milk 3 tbsp

1. Pre heat on 160C, grease a 6” cake tin.
2. Combine coffee and hot water.
3. Sieve dry ingredients.
4. Beat yogurt & sugar. Add coffee mix & essence.
5. Add oil very gradually, while beating continuously.
6. Mix dry ingredients spoon by spoon to the butter mixture.
7. Add milk and mix gently. Immediately transfer to the greased tin.
8. Bake at 160C for 50mins.
