Ingredients: 1. Maida 1kg 2. Milk Powder 50 g 3. Fresh Yeast 40 g 4. Salt 15 g 5. Sugar 140 g 6. Bread Improver 1.5 g 7. Butter 110 g 8. Water 500 ml

Directions:1. In a large bowl, mix water, salt, sugar and yeast till the sugar dissolves 2. Add the dry ingredients - Maida, Bread improver and Milk Powder 3. Add butter (room Temperature) mix well and make dough 4. The Consistency of the dough must be tight like the pizza dough. 5. Cover the dough with damp muslin cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes. 6. Now roll out the dough and cut in into small portion (about 70 - 75 gms) each. 7. Remove the air and make buns like the burger buns. Make a hole in the centre. 8. Let it rest for 10 minutes more. 9. Dust the tray with cotton cloth and let it proof for 45 minutes. 10. Fry the donuts in flavourless oil on medium flame till light brown colour 11. Immediately dip the hot donut in castor sugar and coat it well. 12. Dip the donut in ganache when it comes to room temperature. 13. Decorate the donuts with sprinklers. |
