1. Maida 1 g
2. Fresh Yeast 50 g
3. Oil/Butter 50 g
4. Salt 15 g
5. Water 550 ml
6. Bread Improver 1 g
7. Calcium Powder 5 g
8. Gluten Powder 10 g
9. Sugar 50 g

Directions:
1. In a bowl add sugar, salt, fresh yeast some water and mix well for 2-3mins or till sugar dissolves a little.
2. In another bowl take maida add bread improver, calcium powder and gluten powder and mix all the dry ingredients well.
3. Now add all these dry ingredients to the yeast mixture keep adding water and knead a medium hard dough.
4. Now add oil and keep kneading for 5-7mins.
5. Cover the dough with a muslin cloth and let it rest for 10mins.
6. Cut the dough into required portions(the portion size will change depending upon which item we are making) and let it rest again.
7. Now tap the dough to remove air and give it desired shape and set it in the greased ring on a greased tray. Let it prove for 45mins.
8. Apply water spray and bake it in preheated oven on 220C for 15mins.
9. Remove the tray from the oven brush oil immediately and allow it to cool completely.
10. Keep it in air tight container and consume within 3 days.

2. BURGER BUNS: 100 g
3. HOT DOGS: 100 g
4. DINNER ROLLS: 50 g
