Ingredients: Chocolate brownie 1. Dark chocolate – 100g 2. Butter – 130 g 3. Icing sugar – 1 cup 4. Vanilla essence – ¼ tsp 5. All-purpose flour – 1 ½ cup 6. Baking powder – 1 ½ tsp 7. Milk – 1/3 cup Black current Blondie 1. Milk maid – 20 g 2. Castor sugar – 125 g 3. Raspberry essence – 1 tsp 4. Butter – 120 g 5. All-purpose flour – 125 g 6. Baking powder – 1 tsp 7. Fruit filling (blueberry) – 70 g 8. Food colour (pink) – 2 drop 9. Milk – 1 tbsp Peanut cinnamon crumble 1. All-purpose flour – 100 g 2. Icing sugar – 40 g 3. Butter – 60 g 4. Peanut butter – 2 tbsp 5. Blackcurrent dry – 2 tbsp 6. Cinnamon powder 1.5 tsp 7. Raspberry essence – 1 tsp Base 1. Krack jack biscuits – 250 g 2. Butter 75 g 3. Icing sugar 75 g

Directions:1. Mix the base layer in a bowl and press to cover the entire base of mould. 2. For brownie preparation mix all the dry ingredients and add melted chocolate and butter to the mixture mix well. 3. To the above mixture add icing sugar and vanilla extract and milk to make proper batter consistency. 4. For blondie mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and wet ingredients in different bowl, now mix dry ingredients to wet mixture (add milk to adjust the consistency). 5. Layer chocolate brownie on base layer, to that add black current blondie mix and to top layer peanut cinnamon crumble layer. 6. Bake at 160 °C for 30 to 40 min. |
